Our Head Office is in Sheffield City Centre, with offices also based in London and Turkey. We've also expanded further, bringing retailers in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands on board, and plan to expand further into Europe and beyond - world domination here we come!
A bit about the role...
As a Business Development Consultant with Bumper, your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, supporting existing customers and selling new products to that customer base. Your dealerships will be based in Scotland and the North East of the UK, so it's important you live in this area. The role will be largely remote, with an average of 2 days per week out and about visiting sites.
You will be communicating with car dealerships on the value of coming on board with Bumper, and how our products can benefit them and their customers. The role will also include ensuring account activation, delivering on-site training and generating new leads.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Account management for our existing customer base in Scotland and the North East
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our existing customer portfolio
- Focusing on generating a new customer segment and increase Bumper advocacy, referrals and awareness
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with dealerships, retailers, garages, and suppliers

Our ideal candidate has...
- At least 1-2 years experience in a sales environment
- Full sales lifecycle experience - from first contact, to agreeing contracts, onboarding and training
- Experience delivering engaging presentations to inspire and educate customers on the benefits of new products and services
- Negotiating and agreeing commercials is essential
- CRM software experience, including using data to drive great customer outcomes
- A full and clean driving license is a must
